Framewise Compliance Canada Inc., an Ontario corporation, with an office in Toronto, ON. This policy explains what information we collect through framewisecompliance.com, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit directly through the contact form on this site: name, work email, company, company size, frameworks of interest, and any message you include. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting and email-delivery providers may log standard technical information, such as IP address and timestamp, in the ordinary course of operating the site and delivering form submissions.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font may cause your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation

- To maintain records of prospective and existing client communications
We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit.
How it is shared
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to our email inbox. We engage service providers such as our email and calendar scheduling providers solely to operate this site and respond to inquiries, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymize the information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by emailing hello@framewisecompliance.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
